Justin Allen
Co-Founder & CEO
Justin Allen is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for investment properties and a track record of success since 2002. As a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Mississippi, Justin has established himself as an expert in the industry.
His journey in real estate began in 1996 when he made his first investment property purchase at the age of 23. Since then, he has been involved in the buying and selling of over 150+ personal investment properties, showcasing his deep knowledge and expertise in the field. Justin's dedication to real estate led him to become the President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association, where he shared his insights through seminars on topics such as short sales and deal strategies, benefiting regional investors.
In 2009, Justin started his journey in new home construction with Adams Homes. In 2012, he reopened his real estate brokerage, Smart Design Properties, with a focus on intelligent and eco-friendly approaches to new home construction sales, collaborating with custom home builder Elliott Homes. In 2016, he and his wife took a step further by acquiring the rights to open a national franchise, which emphasized a paperless and tech-driven approach. Additionally, they launched Blue Suede Media, an in-house media company providing professional real estate photography, videos, and innovative 3D virtual reality tours.
Recognizing the need for networking and education in the local real estate community, Justin reestablished the MS Coast REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) in 2017. Since its inception, the association has grown and fostered valuable connections among professionals in the area.
In 2019, Justin embarked on a new venture by launching his own real estate brokerage franchise, eAgent. With the first office, eAgent Realty, located in Gulfport, Mississippi, he aimed to empower agents by offering an open-source virtual software platform while retaining the advantages of a local office for client interactions. The brand name 'eAgent' signifies evolution, as it represents The Evolution of Real Estate®.
In October 2019, Justin transitioned from his role as Principal Broker for the local eAgent Realty Synergy Office in Gulfport, MS to focus on providing exceptional service at the eAgent corporate level.
In September 2020, he joined forces with his wife, Darlene Allen, at eAgent Nexus, where they handled transactions together as a dynamic couple. Operating under the eAgent franchised brand, they established a brokerage in the Ocean Springs market. Justin currently serves as a Broker Associate at eAgent Nexus, while also holding the position of CEO at eAgent corporate, where he oversees all franchise operations.

Darlene N. Allen is the VP of Marketing and co-founder of eAgent. With a keen eye for branding and a passion for innovative business concepts, Darlene played a pivotal role in shaping the identity of eAgent. She spearheaded the creation of the company's branding strategy and was instrumental in developing the captivating concept behind their spirit animal, Evie the Elephant.
Darlene's journey in the real estate industry began in 2002 when she started working as an agent. Over the years, she honed her skills and deepened her knowledge, eventually becoming a broker in 2013. During her career, she had the opportunity to collaborate with two local home builders, Adams Homes and Elliott Homes. At Adams Homes, she thrived as a Community Manager, while at Elliott Homes, she and her husband drove sales and created marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise to drive growth and success.
Beyond her professional achievements, Darlene is a dedicated mother to two adult children, Emrik and Evelyn. In her spare time, she channels her creativity into music as a singer and songwriter. Her love for an active lifestyle led her to embrace running and tennis as her favorite hobbies, allowing her to find balance amidst her busy schedule. Darlene also enjoys quality time in the kitchen, where she and her daughter, Evelyn, bond over their shared passion for cooking.
